It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the 2024 meeting of the National Society of Steel Band Educators Conference on the campus of McCallum High School in Austin, Texas. This is not a conference you want to miss!

It is easy get to Austin, TX from pretty much anywhere in the country. The closest airport to use for this conference is the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS), Presidential Boulevard, Austin, TX.

It is a 16-minute drive from the airport to the hotel.  There are shuttle services, taxis (reserved ahead of time), and various other transportation options available.

Registration Info: Registration to the conference includes a light breakfast, including coffee, on Saturday morning. Lunch on Saturday will also be provided, but dinner on both evenings will be on your own.

Professional $125 (must be a current NSSBE member)

Vendor – $100  (plus professional registration)- includes up to two tables (3×6) ***Vendor portion invoiced separately after contacting Brandon Haskett at blhasket@svsu.edu.

Student: $15 registration (must be a current NSSBE member)
